Enrol in HP Instant Ink
The claiming window to claim your cashback is up to 30 days from the date of your new qualifying HP printer purchase so please ensure that you enrol in HP Instant Ink and leave an adequate time frame to submit your online claim. Your HP Instant Ink enrolment must be completed within 30 days of the date of your new HP printer purchase.
Claim
Keep hold of your HP printer purchase receipt/invoice and make a claim within 30 days from the date of purchase. You will also need to provide us with a screen shot of your HP Instant Ink Account History page.

You will need to provide the below details:
- Date of purchase
- Place of purchase
- Invoice/Receipt Number
- Copy of the Account History Page
- The serial number
- Upload proof of purchase
- Personal details
- Bank details

Payment
Your claim will be paid within 30 days of validation to your nominated bank account.
